1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of thefmexperts.com and any services provided by The FM Experts (“we”). By using the site or engaging our services you accept these terms.
2. The service
We ghostwrite articles for Facilities Management business owners and pitch those articles to UK FM trade press. Editorial publication is at the sole discretion of third-party editors and is not guaranteed against any specific title. We do guarantee placement in established UK FM trade press; see the First Article Guarantee on the pricing page.
3. Fees & payment
Fees, billing cadence, and notice periods are set out on the pricing page and confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. All prices include VAT.
4. Your content
You confirm that any information, claims, or quotes you supply for inclusion in an article are accurate, lawful, and not subject to a third-party non-disclosure agreement. You retain copyright in any quotes you originate; we grant you a perpetual licence to use the final placed article in your own marketing.
5. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where that limit would be unlawful under UK law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
